Who cares about that.  I want to know what quarians think goes bump in the night.  I'll bet they've got some great spooks of their own.

Edit:  or, as the case may be, what doesn't go bump in the night.

Well played, Buddha.

And I'm not talking d'awwww.  My Shepard would be legitimately surprised and a little creeped out by it at first.  It makes him reconsider things.  But, of course, his force of will and insistence on "playing the cards you're dealt" makes him confront it again.  Accept that Tali, like him, is not perfect, but she's good enough in all the right ways anyway.

Well, look at it this way.  From the outside, you see quarians are humanlike in many ways.  Sure, you don't know entirely what to expect, but you're comfortable for the most part.  Then this quarian you really like with the surprisingly human face unfurls a tongue that is decidedly not natural.  It'd be a little startling at the very least.

That depends ENTIRELY on what you think it is.

Based on the thread's reactions, this is exactly what I think it is.
This is for the "9000 Celebration"?

I'm trying to hold on to the tiny shred that is left of my reputation here, thank you.

Ahhh! Ahhhhhh! I see what you did there.

Anyway, yeah I would love to hear about quarian urban legends and mythology and ghost stories.

My mind is working now.  I'm imagining something dealing with their ancestor worship.  Like, quarians who's line died out wander the stars, furious that no one remains to venerate them.  They steal children so they can be properly respected.

And I bet they've got a million "ghost ship" stories.

Then again, maybe the reality of having an entire race they created bent on their destruction is horror enough.

It wouldn't startle me in the slightest.
