Just.. teach your kids to respect people who look differently than they do. Try to expose them to different looking people at an early age so they grow up feeling it's normal and not something to fear or hate.

Yeah. I'm going to get my DNA tested because there's a study going on for microphthalmia (which is the reason why I had to get a prosthetic eye) and I want to see if I have the common mutations that cause it. Plus, I get to help SCIENCE!

Thats very generous of you. It's good to see patients who are willing to help find cures for their illnesses, and not simply wallow in them. As someone who has spent a great deal of time studying medicine and wanting to be a doctor, I respect that.

Give him a choice. Let the Reapers attack the Citadel, or interface wtih them and destroy them himself, likely dying in the process. If you go the route of letting them attack the Citadel, depending on how many races you have on your side, they may make it to a few other planets and raze them, such as earth or Rannoch, as well as killing everyone on the Citadel.

So, you have a choice. Sacrifice yourself for the galaxy, and for everyone you love, or risk the fight and the lives of trillions of civilians. That would TOTALLY be a bioware style decision.

Tali: *grabs Shepard's foot and starts dragging him back to the bedroom* I'll just be taking this.

Well, it's such a rare disorder that those of us who have had it really need to help out. It's hard for them to get large sample sizes without all our help.

To be fair, there's also apparently a rule where they can delete/lock/do whatever they want.  Just like the other board can do whatever it wants, and any privately owned forum can do.  People should just frequent the site that they prefer, or both.  Trying to recruit people or start fights about which is better is just pointless.

You're right. They have every right to apply the rules unevenly. But I can still complain about it. (At least until they say I can't and throw my arse out.)

I wasn't trying to recruit anyone. Someone expressed dissatisfaction with the thread. Instead of making fun of him, like some of you did, I simply informed him there is another option. I didn't post the link. And I wasn't trying to start a fight. You're the one that felt it was necessary to answer me with sarcasm.

Since we can't have the link to the site in our sig, we are forced to inform people by word of mouth. I would argue that the seperate board helps this thread. A lot of the off-topic chat has moved over there. Conversation here seems more focused and less spammy than it used to be. Seems to be less trolls as well.

I see the seperate board and this thread as both having their uses. Find what fits for you and go with it. Which, I guess would be the point. You know, that thing you said I didn't have.
