Not really, when born quarians dont get suits until adults, so I assume they still have hair, and hmans have stopped evolving, because we change the environment to suit us, quarians can do the same, so I doubt it,  most likel change is pale skin, that could be changed if quarians could take their suits off and not die.

Hair wouldn't phase out of genetics just because of wearing suits. Evolution does not work that way. If Quarians ever had hair, the only way they would lose it would be if the genes for hair died out.

Don't forget, it is the nature of teh quarian immune systm that caused it to degrade so quickly.  It adapts to infection, it does not overcome it like our biology.  So yes, even using imuno bossters to lesson symptom, it would likely take curretly existing quarians 50-60 years to adapt to the enviroment.  New children though?  Likely would have adapted by puberty.

I see, I hadn't known about them growing up not havingn suits. I figured it would be necessary since babies immune systems are normally more compromised than adults, seems I was wrong in this assumption.

Some Liara fan in another topic said that Liara had a better reason to romance Shepard than Tali. I went: WAT. Isn't Liara's romance basically "I'm interested in you"? Right off the bat she's talking about romance. With Tali, you have all that history and friendship with her, and you need to earn her trust by not revealing her father's research. Liara? you just need to be nice to her. Wow.

They're kept in clean rooms or isolation bubbles until adolescence, when they get their first suit.

I only responded to him because he responded to me when I called him out for saying that Tali's romance is only hero worship. And then he said that Liara had better reasons. For real? I'm just calling him out on his BS. He even said that Tali never comments or knows about Shepard's history. Uh, what? In her romance she specifically says that she knows what you did with Wrex, Feros, etc.
