This doesn't because even something born of evil or malicontent can lead to something good. This is why I pointed out why only some of the geth followed Sovereign though a little to his discust because of the worship, something they learned from the quarians. This is something Sovereign didn't see coming which means the geth would be very likely be a big help in the coming battle.
Nah, it has nothing to do with that. I'm just having trouble seeing why Nazara would have uplifted the geth on the off chance that they
might help him. If he wanted to make sure they would, he'd have introduced programming to make sure it happened instead of simply giving them the catalyst to become sentient. There would have been more than just sentience in any programming changes he made.
This is especially true if the geth are important enough that they could tip the balance in either direction. He would have made damn well sure he could control them, otherwise it would be foolish to uplift them in the first place.
