Wouldn't need to be a result of natural selection. If hair was undesirable, parents might have their childrens genes altered so they wouldn't have hair. Or drugs could be taken to prevent hair growth. Or they might loose hair as a result of their suits. I know human hair doesn't grow very well if you cover it constantly.

But that can be changed, uncover it its fine, and it dosent effect your kids. Besides humans and quarians could have different hair. I still think they have hair, they wouldnt loose it so quickly, and they could always have some kind of medication/vitamin whatever to keep their hair healthy.

This is why I don't go to other threads. I wouldn't be able to resist arguing.

The only thing I distinctly remember is:

Shepard: "Wait, you're only interested in me because of my visions."
Liara: "I admit that's why I was interested at first, but now it has become more. You are remarkable, Shepard"

It's funny because both Tali and Liara met Shepard in a very similar way--he saved them.

Although Tali was actually, you know, doing something to defend herself.

I only responded to him because he responded to me when I called him out for saying that Tali's romance is only hero worship. And then he said that Liara had better reasons. For real? I'm just calling him out on his BS. He even said that Tali never comments or knows about Shepard's history. Uh, what? In her romance she specifically says that she knows what you did with Wrex, Feros, etc.

EDIT: Anyways, you guys are right, this doesn't belong here, disregard.

It's okay.

There are elements of hero-worship (which she even acknowledges:  "A dashing captain...") to the romance.  Of course, I think it moves beyond that into a more real love.  I mean, she could literally die from what she's doing.  That's a little beyond hero worship.

And in 2 years Liara cares more about revenge than you... Yeah great romance there, Tali actually puts shepard first, even if that means telling him to romance someone else.

Saren wanted Liara for her connection to Benezia, yes? Fist's assassins wanted Tali's data to protect Saren, yes?

Liara protected then trapped herself with a malfunctioned security barrier. Tali protected herself WITH A GRENADE...WITH A GORRAM TECH GRENADE!

And doesn't faint after every mission.  It's okay, Liara's still nice, just a bit more delicate.
