Yes, Raid.

Daro'Xen is a geth.

That's the big twist.

I love part when Shepard is dancing in some club. Music fits there perfectly.

Then maybe YOU should be our artist. <_<

Art should provoke discussion, and I'm just saying my feeling about this. I dont say its bad, but now we all know she is geth, it would be alot funnier if you reveal it later in story.

...

I REALLY don't know how I want to respond to this...

Reflecting the stars off the mask, no?

That was the general idea.

Very well. Though I hope you do realize that reflections do not work that way.

But please, don't let that bother you.

I think we all know how ME3 is going to end -- an 80s club dance off between Shepard and Harbinger.

Huh. She went from just being someone he could talk with, to daydreaming about him. Pretty quick too.

Alsp: Rip, Liv; Reading chapter 3 now (I know, I know, I'm behind.) Good stuff as always so far.

This or that.

Either works fine with me to see in ME3.

Detatchment.

She chooses to cling to what might not actually be affection because of her isolation.

Ugh...

No. I'm an idiot who has no idea about how refraction, deflection, pigment, reflection, diffusion, or light work. I just thought I'd try art out to see what it would be like to throw colors all over the place and not bother to at least learn the founding principles of vision.

*sigh*

Right... because being an artist, it doesn't bother me at all. I'm completely incapable of feeling any need to continue rendering and coloring until it looks photorealistic, irregardless of the fact that I have a limited amount of time to make these.

Excuse me while I go grumble about the weather or something...

Yeah, I can see what you mean. I'm just not sure what to feel about the whole thing happening so soon, that's all.

Makes sense to me. I can really see her need to have some kind of a friend, even if Xen doesn't want to admit it to herself.

Like that asari bartender said: You look for comfort in whatever arms will hold you.

I thought it was very well done Rip, both the drawing and the chapter.

Try not to hurt yourself too badly. I've seen what smashing your head against a brick wall can do.

(I'm not kidding about that. I have ****** friends.) <_<

"Regardless" means "without regards to". Adding another negative as a prefix would change the meanign to "without without regards to", which is a double negative, and we also already have a world which means that, "regarding".

Of course, most people understand what one means when one says irregardless as the mistake is so common, but that doesn't stop it from grating on my nerves.

A word is defined by it's use and it's origin. That some literary morons wish to not accept it as "proper grammer" or deject it as "slang" only shows an ineptitude for adaptation, and a clinging to traditional values that are both narrow and restrictive to growth and expansion. The fact that it is used in everyday conversation validates it's use as a word.

In other words: Because I say so.

While I think the fluidity and evolution of language is a valid point, I feel change should have purpose. Making words longer than they used to be without adding any increased clarity to their meaning is counterproductive.

Also, it's spelled "grammar", and "it's" means "it is".

Did you know they actually changed the meaning of "irony" because so many people misunderstood and misused it? This may be the case of "irregardless," but either way, it is indeed an actual word.
