He's mentioned by the only survivor, Archer. (Voiced by Simon Templeman, by the way) And he asks Shepard if Legion can be trusted.

Are you sure? That's what the wiki says. Have you talked to Kasumi after the Haestrom mission as M!Shepard (before doing Tali's romance)?
