Yes, that is what I was referring to. I am hoping that that information is incorrect and that Kasumi only says that Tali is in love with Shepard if he romances her.

I don't think she says something about Haestrom. Nothing that I can remember, anyway. As for the rest, she says that when you've locked Tali's romance. Once I went to see her immediately after I talked to Tali about the whole "Captain's orders" thing and she said that Shepard is all Tali talks about or something like that, I can't really remember.

As I said, it's been a while since I heard it myself, but I'm pretty sure she's not mentioning anything about Tali that indicates love after Haestrom.

I definitely see what you mean. Though I for one never treated her badly, nor any of my squadmates for that matter.

Yeah, it really likes to speak in riddles sometimes.

The "unique dialogue" stuff in it is pretty rididulous.  They'd be a lot more informative if they would just reproduce the dialogue rather than describe what it says in paraphrase.

Then again, fan editing, what should we expect?

Considering Bobby only listened to the audio files (and guessed about them), it does not seem to confirm that Kasumi only says that about Tali if Shepard is in a romance with her. I suppose I will see soon enough though, on this playthrough.

Btw - I don't really think that revealing the evidence at Tali's trial was the right choice. I was fishing for good arguments to not reveal the evidence and you gave me some. Thanks.

Interesting to note that the game seems to treat the "It's too dangerous" not as a "let's wait and see" but as "it's over."  I mean, it was pretty obvious anyway, but the dialogue is at least a little ambiguous otherwise.

Because if you romance someone else, the dialogue for that person comes up instead.

I would have preferred a "wait and see" option, yea. I didn't want to take things too fast. The romance scene rejection presumably ends the romance. I have not seen it through though - I did it once and simply reloaded (partly because I felt like a huge jerk).

I suppose the ultimate test of this is to talk to Kasumi immediately after recruiting Tali, and without having been in any romances.
