Taking that suit off would have to be like the bra from hell.  That's why I imagine it involved a lot of Tali's hands guiding Shep's on where to go next

Damn, you're one lucky bastard, Shep.

Possible. Asari seem to take to sex like fish to water so why not another race.

it seem that the council races are very open about sex.

Asaris does it with anyone.

Salariens think about their contracts all the time.

Turians use it as strees releas

humans will be humans.

So, as long as we're looking at realism - you recall the Quarian slave girl, no doubt.

I wonder why the Quarians (or, at least, some Quarians) don't offer investment analysis services?  Computer programs and VI would e perfect for the task, and they could then sell subscriptions.

Alternative - an air conditioned, environmentally controlled suit would be nice.  I would pay a handsome price for one, and I'd imagine others would too.  I wonder - why would the Quarians not create a cottage industry to do just that?

But we have not seen what the Quarian view on sex is. Well we have kinda after the whole Geth uprising and all but what about before that when they could do things without the suit?

You know now that I think about it. I have a few problems with this(well not problems I really care about just some musings). Okay we've established that Tali is a virgin, well was. Now the thing is does her species have a hymen or not. It's a pretty common thing that a females first time isn't exactly a pleasant experience. What with all the blood and stretching of skin that hasn't ever stretched before and all. Now I'm not saying Shep wasn't a class act and knows some of the rules when being with a virgin, but it still strikes me as a little odd. Also that people make it sound as if their first time together was this magical moment. I'm sure it was in it's own way but not for the sexual feelings. The real magic happens later after it's happened a few times and the awkwardness for one or both of the parties involve goes away.

If Quarians have such a thing its was probably already torn at some point before her first time due to all the fighting she has been through. I knew a girl in high school who tore her hymen doing kick boxing practice, not exactly a plseant experience I imagine.

Eh I was just tossing something out there to see how it would go. I personally believe that they were indeed both satisfied with the whole ordeal and I'm sure it was an ordeal. Hell I remember my first time trying to take a girls bra off and how much a pain that was(I had to have a little help in the end). I can just imagine a suit that's designed to almost never come off and how difficult that would be. I vaguely remember a fic somewhere that goes on about the process something to do with anchors being drilled into bone. But I digress.

Well  we'll just have to show the advantages of having five  rather nimble fingers  and tongues

We'll get something in the third game, with the geth/quarian conflict.
I'd be hardpressed to find a way to end it without learning at least something.

I'd suggest they don't have export-related industry on a large scale for a number of reasons:

a:  anything they can do, most any other race can do just as well, and without health issues.
b:  they're not a Council race.  This probably causes tariff issues of some sort.
c:  they're not looking to make money, they're looking to survive and there's no reason to get cosy with their position.

As for cottage industry, there apparently is such a thing: quarians selling trinkets at mass relays.

Hell, Legion taught us much about the quarians and the geth in just ten minutes. Can't be that difficult to put some time aside to do something similar in ME3.

I see what you mean Skad. I'm pretty sure they have tried on the investment VI and such. I am also reasonably sure that they have succeeded in that aspect as well. Think about it. Quarians go on their pilgrimage in an effort to bring a gift back right? So who's to say they haven't? A few who were good at it unlike Slave Girl, probably made a crap load of cash at it and came back with a really nice gift.

As for the enviro suit I think why that hasn't happened is the paltry amount of resources that are at their disposal.

About as much as present-day crackers, probably.  That is:  little more than anonymous prestige.

It does suck seeing as how the Asari live for a thousand years and they seem to have some issues with coming to grips that others don't live that long. Perfect example when that Asari was talking to a Turian and they were going on about fish and the Asari mentions that "It's not how long you're with the fish, but how you enjoy the time with the fish" and the Turian says "Is this the life span talk? I don't want to have the life span talk again.". See they look down on the short lived species as if we were pets. So do you really think they'd have a problem with punishing a species for an excessive amount of time?
