It's free, but seems quite functional.  Don't know how it works with a tablet, though.  What do you use?

i used gimp with a class i took here, i thought it was good but i dont really know anything else so it could be sh*t compared to everything else.

At home, Adobe Photoshop Elements 5.0
At the studio, Adobe Photoshop CS2

Both are actually quite different.
