I used the Firewalker missions to unlock the rest of his dialogues. They can activate loyalty missions, too.

I think it's something about all the planatery destruction. It's extended if Tali is in the squad. They talk about how the geth are grateful that the quarians didn't destroy the homeworld the same way the krogans did with theirs, and that the quarians are expecting to one day be able to return to their worlds.

Collector attack.
1 major mission.
That's it.

So, I must spare some side-missions after Suicide mission to unlock the rest of Legion's dialogues...

That's what I do.  Just leave a few anomaly missions lying around.

Somehow I always end up with insufficient platinum to get the Widow for Legion after the Collectors attacked, so I'm doing some last minute scanning, and it's always making me nervous for some reason.

I replayed ME1 to... reconstruct an old save where I'd romanced Ashley and build a FemShep where I'd romanced Kaidan. Not rushing to judge or anything, but Kaidan's probably getting dumped for Garrus at the first sign of "BAWWWW CERBERUS, YOU TRAITOR! YOUR 90+% PARAGON SCORE MEANS NOTHING!" You know, just like Ash got dumped for some engineer i'm sure you've never heard of.
