An excellent point. She'd likely be an excellent tracker and scout. Thanks, Nuke.NuclearBuddha wrote...
Doesn't have to be technical skills. In CotEM my analogue is that she's very knowledgeable in the occult. In pulp she could be a survival expert or tracker or something else. As long as she's got something to excel at you're fine, I think.Deadeas wrote...
I can't think up an explanation for her technical skills, save for Rune's excellent suggestion. This is going to be difficult.

Indeed. Even if I contributed with next to nothing, it was interesting to see what everyone could come up with about...the shape of Tali's legs, for example.

Yea I think we were pretty much on the same page there.
My personal take was on a dusk gray or blue-gray for the skin coloration as an evolution from nocturnal predator.

So, deleted fanfics or deleted stupid spam posts? If it is the fanfics it is ashamed, if it is the Spam then it is to be celebrated.

Others have made a reasonable case for arboreal evolution, but I don't know how well trees (at least large enough to support that kind of life) jive with a more arid homeworld.

I had that...I meant societal structure. I was thinking that there are five different sects/groups they split off into, that way I get to keep the whole Admiralty Board concept.NuclearBuddha wrote...

Tribes, yeah. A council of chiefs, rather than an admiralty board. And the conclave is formed from the head of each individual household.Deadeas wrote...

If the enviroment from their ships are considered it is likely a Jungle world, or Woodland. Also the enviromental effects added to the air seemed to have a High Humidity, so I doubt arid homeworld. As for skin color not 100% sure I could pin that down.

I could see it. Flexible and strong toes, legs built for leaping. But it seems like their arms would be larger and more muscled if that was the case.
Unforuately more arid could mean 10% less overall water than Earth or 70% and we're taking about Arakis here. (Though a desert dwelling quarian race could work as well. Active at night due to lower temps, broad toes for traction on sand, etc)
