Which is why it took them two years to admit it to eachother, Shepard dying and coming back to Life, the loss of Tali's father, and coming to grips with the fact that Shepard saw her as more than a suit.

Tali and Garrus love are not easy love compared to everyone else.

“Sergeant!” a voice roared, breaking the other woman's concentration. Tali was taken aback from the sudden turn of the events but didn't hesitate. She raised her shotgun swiftly and brought it down in one, fluid motion, smacking the blonde squarely into her forehead. The woman yelped in pain and staggered few steps back.
Tali continued her attack and slammed herself into the woman, knocking her down to the ground. As the woman rubbed her forehead and looked up, she saw the barrel of the shotgun looking back at her from inches of her face.

The lesson she learned? Don't mess with Tali. Ever.

Agreed, they have to muster up ridiculous amounts of strength to do what they do day in and day out saving the galaxy, but together, those feelings, love, just happen

Yes, now you are talking about the living with that love, as I like to think. The love, emotion, feeling is easy, almost and maybe accidental for Tali, as she's rescued by the dashing commander.

But living with that love, living together, enjoying it? That's the hard part.
