Being black ops would be plausible, as Jacob did some corsair work for Alliance. And when considering how humans tend to favor such black op-groups even in present time.
The secret society, inner circle, etc.

That Corsair stuff is exactly the sort of sneaky thing I'd hope the Alliance was doing to protect humanity.

N7 is one of the many spec ops the Alliance has.

But black ops? Totally different thing. They are there to do the dirty work, to be the ruthless' ones.

Yes, but comaparing Cerberus to a group like the salarian STG is just an insult.

And if it has to be a secret group, pick one tha has a better record of sucessful assignments than Cerberus.

No, if we're going to have a spec-ops group, they should be more official, not be branded terrorists, efficent with their work and be more resonable with their actions than can affect more than just themselves.

Pretty much the opposite of Cerberus.

Really? Remember the genophage?

And we mostly know about Cerberus' failed operations. Overlord, Jack, Gillian, umm... am I forgetting some?
But succesful ones? Buddha's suggestion of the Eezo-incident seems to be quite succesful thus far.

Good point.  I should apologize to Cerberus for comparing them to a group guilty of ongoing genocide.

I think it's an edit of the cover of a Queen album, actually.

We don't get involved in Cerberus' successful ops.  So our sample is skewed.

Funny that the failed Cerb ops have one thing in common; Shepard. (Except for Gillian, but keeping on the ones that the game shows.)

Gillian was actually a successful op (it produced a powerful biotic) that was ruined through no fault of Cerb's.  The debacle with the Flotilla was an attempted cleanup of something that already went wrong.

Should maybe read the Ascencion again, but I got the picture, that what ever they were giving the poor girl, was actually just messing her. As with the solitude and without the "drug" she started to improve in biotics.
It could of course been by the Hendel's teaching and peaceful solitude.

She could throw a singularity even before going off the sauce.  The drug seemed to be working, but she improved on a personal level without the tampering.

Alright...

I'm still alive. Just letting everyone know.

Yes, yes, I know you missed me.

Been having network problems over here and I've gotten it to work temporarily.

Probably going to drop again at any second.

Anyway, I am still working on chapter five of Reckoning and you can expect it whenever I fix this damn problem.

I just noticed something new that can be done with the mass effect core...

Change the size of objects! You want proof?

Thats the old Mako right? I remember that the Mako was larger in the Normandy1's hangar compared to when you were playing with it.
