Download DA:O character creator
Start it
2. On the bottom left corner you'll see a log in button, use the same email and password you use for the social network
3. Create a character and upload it
4. Wait for it to upload, then DELETE IT
5. Go to My Documents/Bioware/Dragon Age/Pre-release characters, there you will find a png file
6. Replace it with the pic you want to use, it must have the same name and size (146x146)
7. Set it to read-only
8. Open DA:O CC, go to modify character, select the same character again and upload it one more time
9. Wait

Currently impossible. There's a game file that no one can seem to edit without breaking the game. Things like squad member models and dialogue.

Unfortunate, I know.
