Man I might have to start paying you dude  you are putting in work.  ... maybe i should refine it  and make  version for each  LI   and pitch it to Bioware..  Then i would have to do  different crew member deaths...  This is starting to turn into the one-shot that keeps on giving.

Man, I'm not doing this for money but because your story really deserves it.
And about posting that to BW... It could turn out to a boring job.
I'm sure this, one FF was fun to write, but write so many versions...It's your decision but you should stay with this one.

I have been wondering, why the only option with the genophage is to either cure it fully, or keep it.  Mordin did already alter it once, so why not do it again? well if Wrex is Leader he might not take the cure for his people after all it's not genophage thats killing the Krogan it's their way of thinking.

Not neccesarily. Krogans were just the fastest and easiest way and that is not always the right way, like Shepard told Garrus.

with a reaper controling the bugs I most say the chances most have been slim.

"The chances of surviving are slim."
The man who said this wasn't looking for the fastest way to defeat Colectors and still made it out alive (In my case)
There is always more possibilities, you just need to find them, which is sometimes quite hard, depends on situation.

Tali would give Legion so many scratches, that he'd never want to go near her again. Every time she walks into the room, he runs away, in hope to not get his optic lens scratched again.

Tali is leaning on the door separating the AI core from the med-bay, eavesdropping Legion with the audio enhancers on her suit. Hearing the sounds from the AI core, she gasps in surprise and disgust. As she leans back to listen the geth, she starts to smile deviously behind her mask and brings up her omnitool, typing into it.

Legion repeats the VI program on it's omnitool again, noticing a slight glitch in the projected from, it raises the headflaps, puzzled by the event.

VI Shepard: I'm Commander Shepard and -*brzzt, scrheee*- I delete -*kshh* geth *kshh*- like you on the way to -*brzzt* Tali *brzzt*-

That's possible but still only an option. We can't find out what would happen.
And Krogans were maybe the fastest way but I think the later complications weren't worht it.
