Download DA:O character creator
Start it
2. On the bottom left corner you'll see a log in button, use the same email and password you use for the social network
3. Create a character and upload it
4. Wait for it to upload, then DELETE IT
5. Go to My Documents/Bioware/Dragon Age/Pre-release characters, there you will find a png file
6. Replace it with the pic you want to use, it must have the same name and size (146x146)
7. Set it to read-only
8. Open DA:O CC, go to modify character, select the same character again and upload it one more time
9. Wait

Every character's eyes go crossed. It happens in ME1 and ME2.

lol, indeed, tali and the other quarians are indeed immune to the cross eyes. I really hope they fix it for ME3.

edit: either give quarians cross eyes, or they could just fix everybody else
