I'm through recruiting people. I will be PO'd if BioWare goes that route again. You can't kill Shepard again, and the remaining team has no reason to leave (barring Samara/Zaeed).

They still can use the "prison" card, though it'd be a cheap shot.

I think there will be some kind of introduction to all of your teammates already on the Normandy.  Though maybe they'll just let the player take the initiative to go find all the people.  Not really sure on specifics though, its kind of a unique situation starting with a full team.

Okay, I know this is 25 pages too late, but what Tali'Zorah does is:

1) Ignores the chain and cuts through the floor where the other end of the chain is anchored.  ("Didn't think of that, did you, bosh'tet?")

2) Frees her friends.

3) Traces the circuitry back to Jigsaw's actual location.

4) Personally blows the #$#&*er's face off with her shotgun when she and her friends burst into the room.

That's how SHE rolls.

she will just be there if  they did play ME 1 and ME 2 its their fault  that they don;t know.  I sick and tired of the story lines i like being dumb down for masses of idiots out there. If then can't see big ole 3 on the box and the title This the END. then they needed to  L2R = learn to read.

Maybe they'll make it so we have to sit through the tour too. That's what I'm concerned about. It'd jus be a waste of time for those who already knows everything about the crew and the situation at hand.

Actually, I left it open ended like that on purpose. I had hoped someone would continue it with Tali thinking outside the box, and getting out.

This gets thrown out there every time the point is brought up, and I'm sure everyone that cares enough about the game to be on an internet forum half a year after the game is out agrees, but the fact is that Bioware is a business first and foremost.  They will do whatever they have to to sell the game to as many people as possible.  This means appealing to the idiots for one thing.  Expect plenty of dumbed down things throughout the story, as well as things like saving the rachni or not not having as big of an impact as you think they should.

I'm not sure that characters is a spot where this will pop up though.  I see something similar to ME1, where the characters were still there, but they weren't the focus.  I'm leaning towards the characters just being on the Normandy, maybe with some kind of prompt for people to talk to them the first time.

I want most if not all of my crew to already be there at the VERY beginning of ME3. As Rune said, most do not have a reason to leave. I want them here, with maybe some kind of slideshow to explain who/what they are and why they are here.



Now I'm not BW, but I reaaaaaaaaaaaaally hope they do not go "Shep dies, re-recruit a team". That would ****** me off.



ME3 should be about uniting the galaxy against the Reapers and fighting the war. Nothing else.

Fair enough. I never saw saw (ha...) so I wasn't exactly sure of all the environmental details.

Some people actually make it out of the traps.

It's usually pretty gruesome when they do...

But Tali could figure it out.
