Here's a question, well idle thought really. Since Tali was essentially forced off the Neema by the Admirals, assigning her to the Normandy as they did, could other Quarians returning from pilgrimage choose to present their gifts to Shepard?

Since the Quarians let Shepard present her as required by Quarian law, and have even recognized the fact the Normandy is a ship were Quarians can be rightfully assigned, could it happen?

I can see it happening personally, what do you think?

That's a pretty interesting loophole.

I thought so to. And since you help what, three quarians? Four Quarians on pilgrimage (Thought ones a slave for 5 years), I can see them returning to the fleet, getting some juicy gossip/info out of the way while their deciding which ship to present the give, then hear all about the Tali thing.

Assuming, of course, she wasn't exiled. Never has been in my games, even the games I've managed to resist her charms and romance some one else just to see it.

Miranda tries to pull a Romeo and Juliet on Shepard and Tali, convinces everyone that Tali is dead and having Shepard eject her "corpse" into space during the funeral.

Yet to see if it works.

I don't think so, since it isn't part of the Flotilla. "vas Normandy' just means "crew of Normandy"

One can actually argue that point though. See, even while she was 'assigned' to the Normandy prior to the charges of Treason, she was still 'Tali'Zorah vas Neema'. It wasn't until just before the trial they found out she had been forcibly removed from the Neema, essentially declaring her an exile already, and given the name Vas Normandy.

Protocol or not, the Admiralty board, prior to officially exiling Tali, declared a member of the Migrant fleet as crew of the Normandy. Likely they believed she would be exiled anyway, and it wouldn't matter, but this presedence really sets their own rules and regulations for a loop.
