Don't forget, we were also hoping for some change in personality based on Paragon/Renegade decisions, and look what we got.

There was 4-8 conversations for each person in ME2, and a specified character mission of dialogue on top of that.  Take out the mission, and its less dialogue for ME3, with the same effect. 

I don't know who's hoping for paragon/renegade changing things.  Different actions affecting what happens is one thing, but actions affecting all characters just makes them weak characters/Shepard some kind of emotional god.  Tali is a strong character, and killing a merc isn't going to make her change her beliefs, in the same way Wrex won't become a paragon because you lecture him on the laurels of ULB.

How do I go about making sure that neither the Liara or Ash romance kicks in as a default or something? I know we talked about this before, but for the life of me I can't remember what was said about it.

Don't talk to either. Kill ashley just to be safe.

It's all he could do when given those options, so Tali actually picked him up and got away from Cerberus cuz her lover's instinct gave me increased strength.

I know, Im THE ****ING Commander Shepard ****! I survived my entire squad getting eaten by  thresher maws one of them nearly pulled me under, untill I bioticall charged my body with warp fire and ripped my way through the beasts esophagus screaming I AM SHEPARD! just so the rest of them would know who there ****ing with. I dont think being on a hostile space station with a few legions of TIMS stooges against me and my quarian war godess is an issue.

(bonous points if you get the two movie refs)

Nuke the site from orbit. It's the only way to be sure...
