Would dearly love to hear Tali talking about one of her pre-Freedom's Progress missions when Shep talks to her in engineering.

It was a dark time for her... if she doesn't want to talk about it, I respect that.  Heh.

Could also be mostly repair missions while she was on the flotilla.Image IPB

True, very true.  But if it gives a chance to give her a hug?

True.  But it'd be a bit strange if she did repair work for two years and then suddenly commanded two life-threatening missions just in time to meet Shep.

There are plenty of other quarians to do repair work.

Some of those missions where she gathered geth material to send back to her father would be nice to hear her talk about.

That was certainly missing from both Tali and Garrus. You get a bit of an overview but thats about it. You'd think at this point both would have more personal conversations to share.

On another note I would love it if in ME 3 squadmates would talk about and to each other while on the ship and on missions. Dragon Age was really good about this (as were their previous games Baldur's Gate games and ME 1 elevator rides). At least Garrus and Tali had their moment on the Citadel.

Well, until there's something official about the missing two years, there's always Noir.

I think she was definitely doing more than repair work. Was actually thinking of writing a scene where she and Shepard chat about leadership, what went wrong on Freedom's Progress etc.

Tali's problem in the leader position I feel is she's too self-aware of her own status as 'Admiral's daughter' etc. She didn't have that undertone of confidence that said 'you are going to do this because I said so.'

"You said you would let me handle this."  That isn't exactly the best way to say "I'm in charge," yeah.

Oh no!  I don't need any more depressing thoughts about Tali!
(well, maybe alittle) :)

Another example.

Her orders are mostly suggestive, instead of commanding.

Quite. I think she's too self-concious of abusing her status as Admiral's daughter. Think it will definitely make for an interesting discussion with Shepard.

Also, I was wondering; can they make a DLC that can actually be done after the main story *only* and not before? I have noticed that each piece of DLC is available right from the very start.

I think they'll make it so with the gap filling DLCs. Would be a little odd if you could do the DLCs that takes place after the events following the activation of the O4R before you've gone through it.

Yeah, I get that... seems a little odd, but about the conversations? I wonder, can they redo the Normandy and recreate the Characters and thier dialog? trouble is that would be hugh; possibly around 1.5GB-2GB, I think it would be too much trouble... I wish BioWare would clarify the capabilities of the UTE.

Well, Overlord was around 850 MB something if I remember it correctly.

But I doubt that they'll remake the Normandy, just because of the damage it took during the battle.

More character dialogues is a must, though. I don't care how they do it, as long as they do it.

The end (beginning?) is happy, and that's all that matters.

That's why I added the 'maybe alittle' :)  It must end happily for her because of that.

they dont need to redo whats already been done just add to it with future content, how would the UTE inhibit that?

While I usually agree with this, I won't on this one. Still, very well written. I won't deny that.
