Proteins assembled from dextro amino acids taste sweet. It is part of what gives mint leaves their flavour. So Quarians (and Turians) may taste sweet.

I try and keep mine from getting overly-sappy.  But sap is bound to slip through among the cuteness and romance.

Is Hope your fanfic? Cause I liked them bit like that, dont mind sappy every now and then, but when it is there the entire damn thing I just get tired of it.

Part of it.  And that was one of my least sappy chapters.
The sap may flow a little more in the one I'm working on right now...It's unavoidable sometimes.

Tali actually has some pretty interesting dialogue if you don't hug her. It took all of my willpower to not push the paragon interrupt button, but I managed to skip it once.

Umm....Renegon. Which turns into a Paragade because Tali is Tali (actually quite interesting to import a Renegade, get a wicked scar, then hit the Talimance and watch the scars slowly fade away)

That's a lot of reading, possibly more than I have done in my entire life. This will take me a few days to do, ill book mark them for now, lol.
