Rule 1 of arguing is that you can't make your own point and then say to drop the topic, it kind of defeats the purpose.
I'm not saying its impossible, but the reasons you list don't really prove anything. Reviving someone that dead was part of suspension of disbelief, attempted to be justified in the story. This would have to follow the same path, and the general nature and difficulty surpasses it. Its not surprising that people don't want to see any scientific whim appeased.
As far as asari reproduction, that's not reproduction by our standards, nor does it have anything to do with Shep/Tali. If you want a Tali clone with DNA rearranged to mimic Shep's traits, that seems more likely to me.
