I think Legion is a mix of Infiltrator(sniper rifle and AI Hacking), Solider(assault rifle), Sentinel(Geth Shield Boost) and Engineer(Combat Drone).

I'd gladly drop his combat drone for tactical cloak.

It's fun to watch three Attack Drones systematically gang bang a merc, though.

The first time I used the Cain agains the Human-Reaper Larva, it dodged it, and I saw the rocket fly off in to the background, and I just thought: "FFFFFFFUUUUU--"

It's not too bad, but you have to eat the 'pew pew eye lazers', because when he stops to charge it is the best time to hit him with your own.

Changed them a bit for me.

Problem is, Allies can only have 3 abilities not 4. Also, certain abilities seem to be unique to just Shepard: Adrenaline Rush, Tactical Cloak, Singularity, Charge, Tech Armor, Cryoblast*. And it still doesn't fix the issue with Kasumi getting two unique abilities. I am at a complete loss for what Thane's unique ability should be. I am thinking That Kasumi should have either Incinerate/Cryo Ammo or overload/Cryo ammo, with Shadow Strike as her Loyalty attack.

Again, it just goes to show the slip ups Bioware had. After all, Garrus, like Chuck Norris, apparently is in a class of his own. ~_^

Also, on weapon training. Having some of the allies mix up the training works well for me. It also allows a roughly even mix of who has what weapon.

Assault Rifle:Grunt, Garrus, Samara, Legion [Zaeed]
Machine Gun: Mordin, Miranda, Thane, Samara [Kasumi]
Pistol: Jack, Jacob, Mordin, Miranda, Tali [Kasumi]
Shotgun: Jack, Jacob, Grunt, Tali
Sniper Rifle: Garrus, Thane, Legion [Zaeed]

Huh. Did not realize that only the sniper rifle was shorted a person without the DLC. Interesting.

*I just realized that Engineers don't have a unique to engineer ability. Cryoblast appears on two class lists, and is the closest to a unique ability engineers get. Talk about a failure of design!

Technically their unique ability is the combat drone.
Two squadmates also have access to it, but Shepard's has a cooldown of 3 seconds while everyone else practically takes 15 seconds to refresh cooldown after using it.
Still, it is a little less flashy because of its relatively commonplace nature. Even NPCs use drones. XD
