The first time I used the Cain agains the Human-Reaper Larva, it dodged it, and I saw the rocket fly off in to the background, and I just thought: "FFFFFFFUUUUU--"

I missed it just the same. Thing moves too much and very unpredictably.

In my first playthrough I was lucky and hit him with the full strenght of Cain... I've never used it again from that day.

Also, too much human shields. (You humans are all racist!) Couldn't they just create a small shield that's projected out of their omni-tools instead?
