I wonder how much sleep quarians require a night... probably close to humans... I'd think.
I'd have thought they probably are very lax about sleep. No day or night cycles means you probably get to sleep whenever you're tired, assuming your shift is over or it's your day off.
Unless you have a job that requires more attention or something.
So like you said.
I think there is enough people on the Flotilla so they can rotate it. You go to sleep and somebody who was sleeping will replace you and that is changing all over again.
Theoreticaly in one moment half of a ship is sleeping and the other half is working.
