If the threat of the Collectors didn't unify Shepard and his crew, this threat will.

After everyone had gathered around the ellipse table centering the Briefing Room, Shepard rested his hands on the edge, the door to his back. "I've called you all here because the Grand Galactic Inquisitor has gone too far. We have to find a way to get rid of him."
Garrus aimed his finger at Shepard's head and cocked it back like a gun, making a little "POOM!" sound.
"WITHOUT killing him," Shepard said, glaring at Garrus.
"You're no fun," Garrus said.
"The Commander's right," Miranda said. She had switched the white jumpsuit for a sleek black one, which still hugged to her curves without the distracting honeycomb hexagons all over. "This mission is difficult enough without the Inquisitor constantly interrupting everyone's work."
Mordin, the salarian genius, nodded his head, hand over his chin. "Indeed. Inquisitor's determination to 'observe' quite distracting. Interrupts even more than Shepard. Perhaps Inquisitor has crush as well."
"I DON'T have a crush on you," Shepard said. "We bumped into each other while distracted, we fell over, my hand landed on your bottom BECAUSE we fell over. It was an accident."
Mordin crooked a finger at Tali, who stood next to Shepard. "Shepard obviously takes denial of lust from you, Tali'Zorah."
Jacob folded his arms. "I really don't see the problem, guys. The Inquisitor hasn't bugged me at all."
"It's because you're boring," Grunt grunted. "I barely even see you fight. All you do is stand in the armory all day playing with guns. Use them once in a while, why don't you?"
"I don't like to fight unless I have to," Jacob said. "I'd rather stay cool, you know? You should try to calm down more, Grunt. Do some of the things I do to stay cool."
Grunt's scaly brow furrowed. "No wonder it smelled like white sand when I walked by last week."
Shepard held up his hands. "Everyone shut up except important people and me." He looked at Thane, who hung back near the corner with his hands folded in front of him. "What do you think, Thane? How can we get rid of the Inquisitor?"
"Perhaps you should convince him to observe another target," the gravelly-voiced drell replied. "Draw his attention with something more interesting. Just like the creature you call a kitten." His head rose, and he began blinking rapidly. "Afternoon. Kitten lying on the carpet. I dangle a sock in front of him. 'Kitty, kitty'. I say. The kitten claws at the sock. I throw it on him and move away while it is blinded. I do not play with the kitten all day. I have better things to shoot."
Jack just stared at Thane. "...what the f*** was that?"
Tali suddenly gasped, as if it all came together. "Shepard! I think Thane's right! I think I know how we can distract the Inquisitor!"
"How?" Shepard asked, excitement rising in his controlled tone. He could see the faintest hint of a smirk behind the quarian's visor.
"Tell Joker to fly back to Illium," Tali said. "I'll explain on the way."
