She ends up like Rael. She closes her self off to love entirely, having no real family left and nobody she has strong feelings for, she gets lonelier and lonelier over the years, the girl whose face nobody ever wanted to see, not her father, and not her captain. She stands strong against everything the galaxy throws at her, but it's for nothing. At the end of the day, she's still alone, sealed in a fabric prison to which she doesn't have the key. She'll stay on Shepard's ship and serve him, unwanted even by the one man in the universe who may have been willing to accept her, giving him everything she has, and recieving nothing from the universe in return.
Sad.

Okay here's mine:
She knows that Shepard is down here - she really needs to tell him something. Something she's been holding back for far too long. She had been looking everywhere for him, but she wasn't going to give up; he hadn't given up on her, so she can do the same.
As she exits the elevator, she hears a muffled moan of pleasure... sounds like a woman's voice... no, it couldn't be. She moves through the first door, and locks the second with her Omni-Tool and boosts her helmet's hearing capcitiors. She hears heaving breathing, slightly quiet moans and the metal flooring being grinded against. At first, she smiled at the happy couple, until she hear Shepard's voice.
"I love you, Miranda."
The words... those... horrible words. They pierced her heart and brain, and quickly depressed her helmet from the door and turned around out through the second door, trying desperatly to hold back the raging tears. She slumps herself onto the wall and lets the tears fall freely down her face and across her crumpled lips. She smashes her fist against the wall, not caring if anyone heard her.
She reaches down into one of her suit's pouches, and pulls out a photograph of the old team: Liara, Wrex, Garrus, Ashley, Shepard, Joker and herself in their own poses. All trying to look intimidating. She smiled slightly at the picture before reaching into another pouch - this one containing a small syringe full of antibiotics mixed with some herbal supplements. She jabs the syringe into her arm, wincing from the pain slightly. She then reaches for her mask, and yanks it off in one go - she then throws it against the cargo bay's window - it would've smashed if it wasn't re-enforced.
Then, she sobs. She swears it was the loudest she has sobbed in a long time, but she didn't care. None of it matters anymore.
She then crawls up into herself, and cries onto the photo.
Keelah se'lai.
