One possible quirk, a humorous one, of the possible "Shepard is Jesus" route is the ability in all three games for Shepard to be renegade.

I was leaning more towards how she was treated by the player:
-LI or not
-Advocating her during the trial
-Geth/Quarian conflict
-Placement in the story

To put a little context, I look at what they did with Liara and then think that they could possible add death in Tali's story to make her "darker." Like the writers would think it clever and surprising to throw that wrench into the most "paragon" of female love interests and romances.
