I like the Krogan in the way of their concept, but I didn't find them particularly compelling (lots of "proud warrior guy"). Wrex and Grunt though were great, and especially Okeer.

I liked Okeer, a true zealot of survival instincts. I do not agree with him at all, but I found him to be a very fascinating character. He is the krogan analog to Daro'Xen.

NuclearBuddha, do you not take issue with Zaeed putting the innocent workers in danger for the revenge he had purposefully hidden his desire for from Shepard?

I came to the idea because Saren and Anderson go on a mission that ends up with Saren destroying the facility and killing the workers because of it. Zaeed tries the exact same thing.

With a completely different outcome, motive, and mental state.

Regardless of cause and end, it was still the same action.

Thus began the Age of S'jet.

I had no idea what that meant, so I google'd it for information.  I got THIS page.  This is like looking up the word "Caliphilte" in the dictionary, and the dictonary reads:  See Caliphilte.

Arg!

You haven't played the Homeworld saga?  So disappoint.

Edit:  People of Hiigara.  You are beaten.

I have to say, dissapointing Buddha.

Ack!  Spoilers.

Look, you seem to understand my point.  There's one person responsible for the monstrosity committed in Overlord, and it's not the person asking for results.  It's the person that resorted to monstrous means to get them.

SPOILERS.

When the person asking for results is pointing a gun at your head, he takes responsibility. You heard Archer, the Illusive Man does not tolerate failure. He does not broker loss. TIM was always in control of the situation, he could have stopped it at any time, and he knew where it was headed. Information is what he does. You don't think he knew EXACTLY what Archer was going to pull? You don't think he sets it up so he is actually in the know with ALL of his projects? He knew what was happening. He knew the risks. And he didn't stop it. It's his fault David suffered the way he did. It's his fault everybody died. Archer is equally at fault, but at no point does it EVER become solely his. They must both own responsibility, and I pray to god I get a chance to rain justice down on TIM's head in the future. I only regret I couldn't kill Archer.

I would have compared him to Grunt.

He is the krogan analog to Daro'Xen.

You guys ruined Xen for me. Do not compare her to the glory that is Okeer.

I was under the impression that the endeavor of interfacing with the Geth was part of the plan from the start. If so, then, something malfunctioning in such a risky and untested endeavor is hardly not Cerberus' fault. In my opinion.

Using a VI was the original plan.  Certain additions got made by someone else.

Interesting idea they had. But it's not stupid enough...

He needed to die and if that means some workers have to die so Vido does not get away and does that crap again, then it has to happen (what can I say, I am like Mordin with my moral)

Zaeed put the workers in danger in the first place...you can always just hunt down Vido again, but you cannot replace the innocent lives lost at the facility. They are gone forever.

I do.  And I (and my fist) let him know my displeasure.  He apologizes like a man and admits he was wrong.  I saved the workers.  No harm, no foul.

Vido gets away and does the same thing again and again. He needs to die. That's why I arested Balak, that's why I kill crimminals if I have the choice.  Vido killed many innocents, you want him to continue?

You guys ruined Xen for me. Do not compare her to the glory that is Okeer.

Grunt was his glorified project and legacy. Okeer created a soldier, a soldier who yearned for his own cause and not one he was made for.

And Xen is a different case; she believes in resorting to the actions of old to restore the glory of her race, Okeer shares this mindset. They both have completely different agendas, however.

Balak put the hostages in danger - killing Balak isn't the same. Meanwhile, Zaeed put the workers in danger, not Vido.
