It ends like it began - extremely unbearable and annoying.
=====
"Do not continue to drag me!" the Grand Galactic Inquisitor protested as Shepard and Garrus took him by the arms down the smooth, sunset-lit corridors of an Illium plaza. "Ignore my previous request! Wait. Ignore my plea to ignore my previous request! I...I am confused now."
"Don't worry," Tali said, walking confidently ahead of the group, eyes forward. "We know you're just here to observe us. But you won't learn much. We're all pretty boring. Especially Jacob."
"That is true," the Inquisitor said. "He is very dull."
"What YOU need is the perfect specimen," Tali continued. "A target to observe that's SO interesting, you'll learn a lot more from him than a group of boring people like us."
"Do not give me advice!" the Inquisitor said. "However, it is a good idea. Ignore the fact that I am agreeing with you! I mean...just...just go."
They found themselves eventually at the Eternity bar - Shepard loved the mystery drink, though they lacked the traditional mix of "pan-galactic gargle blaster", which was always a favorite if he felt like a migraine. Garrus noticed their target, nursing drinks at the bar and looking distracted. "There he is," Garrus said, pointing the target out. "Just go over and remember what we told you. He'll be happy to help."
"Thank you," the Inquisitor said. "Do not say goodbye! My departure may be distressing to your alien minds, but even so, you are to continue to ignore me!"
Tali patted the Inquisitor on the arm. "I don't think we'll ever forget you, Inquisitor."
"IGNORE ME!" With that, the Grand Galactic Inquisitor walked away from Shepard's group and towards the bar, hopefully for the rest of time itself.
"Let's get the hell out of here and never come back," Shepard said, and they literally ran with it, following Shepard's lead and bolting for the hallway they came from, rushing back towards the Normandy.

Ahhhh. Shepard leaned back, hands resting under his head. Next to him on his bed, Tali snuggled his neck, her arm draped over his chest. "I have to say, Tali, that's one of the best ideas you've ever come up with."
"Maybe," Tali said. "Still...now that I look back at it, I'm starting to feel guilty that we left the Inquisitor like that. Not to mention the trouble he's going to get into by himself."
"I guess you're right," Shepard said. "I could go fix the problem right now. But since you're here, I have a...what do you say, minus five to all my Giving A Damn skill checks."
Tali's fingers ran over his collarbone. "Plus you've already lost your modifier due to my mass effect restraining ability and I have a rare plus five turian electro-stick which gives me a bonus to my restraining check."
"...you play too many vid games." Shepard looked up at the window on the ceiling, at the stars above and around. "Still, I wonder...exactly what kind of trouble is the Inquisitor getting into now...?"

"H-Hey, you're the bartender, right?" Conrad Verner asked the asari wiping the counter. "Tell this guy to leave me alone!"
"Ignore his request!" the Grand Galactic Inquisitor said. "I am merely here to observe! Ignore me and continue with your business!"
"Sorry, hun," Matriarch Aethyta said. "I just serve drinks. I'm not your personal army."
Conrad clenched his fists. "No faaaaaaaaaair!" he whined.
"This drink tastes funny," the Inquisitor said, having somehow emptied Conrad's glass without anything like a mouth.
"No, that's the mystery drink!" Conrad shouted.
"IGNORE ME-oh. Oh, no. That went down wrong."
A loud vomiting noise pierced the air, grabbing the attention of everyone nearby.
"...I think it got in my helmet."
THE END
"Ignore this ending!"

(but he still should have goten to meet the council)
