Beautiful place to visit.

Living there...?

It takes a certain... wear on you... beats you down. The heat. The sand. It has a very unique... attitude...

People don't care. About anything or anyone. Fifty people could be lying dead in the street, nobody would care, even if you lived in that neighborhood. There is no sense of community, and people openly laugh at the concept... community is described as the people who slash open your tires and steal your radio. Other cities are similar, but Vegas... it's like, nobody cares. Nobody loves, nobody feels anything for anything but themselves, and even that is somehow hollow. I can't describe it to anyone who hasn't lived there... you spend a week away and you change, you smile more, life takes on more color. I don't know how to put it into words...

So... basically Detroit without the grinding poverty....:P

We have poverty too. Most people who visit don't leave the strip. Everything beyond the strip is very tattered, ruined. The heat destroys things very easily. Pain peels quickly. Glass bends. It's... unique.

And... it's just so... cold. I really don't know how to explain it. It's a sense of loneliness.Everybody is alone, even if they don't admit it to themselves. Nobody actually cares about anyone else. I guess you could describe it as being similar to Omega, in a sense, only if Omega had working laws. It's not the same communal feeling you get out here in the east...

the way you've been describing it I think I'd rather live on OmegaImage IPB

Damn, in all honesty, I can't stand big cities like Vegas. Well, not entirely, they're fun for a short while for me anyhow. Then traffic, people, etc, start to ****** me off.

My community, since we're comparing ME communes, is sorta like a Flotilla. In a way that everyone knows almost everybody. It's a generally small town right on the beach here in FLA. It's nice, but then again sucks. Since everyone knows you, they know your past, things you've done, who you've boned, etc.

Lots of drama I'd have to say.

Vegas was my home. It made sense to me. To someone who isn't used to it, I imagine it would drive them mad. I personally loved it. I hated it, but I enjoyed hating it. I really can't describe it.

Anyway, we should talk about Tali.

I loved Vegas. You can get lost so easily there. Just dissapear, and nobody cares. The perfect place to just fade away.

I'm starting to like it already.

Don't tempt me to do something I'm going to regret later, just so I can get some tickets.

I couldn't stand living like that. The fact of the matter is, I just don't care about other people like that. I prefer to be left alone, and to leave others to their own devices. Community... I'm not made for it.

Oh, I'm planning to attend a few voice actor panels. I have yet to look over the programs for what panels are being done (if any), and when they are and such, but if I do get a chance to meet them or I do attend such panels of voice actors who did work on ME or anything related (i.e. A panel that isn't related to ME, but one of the voice actors is apart of it/etc.), I will be sure to let you all know.

Oh, btw, discovered this little ditty while playing my 2nd playthru on ME1. Garrus apparently has a smiley face on his back. lol
