Nice. Typing tests usually place me around 130wpm. Too bad I can't do anything with it

never took a typing test, but words were cascading from my brain like a breached dam

Well, pain is a sign that you've been either very productive or mistreated your body.

So, in this case it's a good thing.

Damn, better than me. If I'm not reading off something to copy I top around 70 wpm.



My chapters are averaging around 7000 words, so in pure typing time its taking me little over hour and a half. In reality takes heck of a lot longer than that.

this is very true. I don't think any novelist could do that becasue you have to think a lot while typing.

I spend a lot of time on computers. I wasted 7 years of my life keeping up with spambots on Runescape. I used to be around 150 lol. I do plan to apply for a job after college is done in a little less than three years, though.

Definitely. According to FF.net I just passed 100,000 words total.
Just going by the math that should have taken my 24 hours to type, but considering it seem to spend at least 6 hours per chapter writing, thinking, rewriting... actually puts into perspective the amount of time it takes.

I just hit 50,000 words on my newst one, and my other two stories are 120,000 words between both of them
