Tali'Zorah was indeed innocent of the charges brought against her and Daro would not allow her to be punished simply because of vanity.

Then came the time to pass judgement. Han'Gerrel hastly pressed a holograpchic key on his omni-tool as Daro brought hers flickering to life. There was only one true verdict.

He will abandon you, Tali'Zorah. He will break you and destroy everything that makes you who you are. Hopefully, there will be enough of you to bring yourself back home on that dark day.

Nicely done.  Odd though, that it is Shepard's intensity that first alerts her, yet she still assumes he will fail Tali.  (Undoubtedly due to her own experiences.)
