You're Human, the five digits on each limb being a dead give-away.

As you slowly slink to the floor in front of the tank,
you notice a mercenary wearing armor that looks as if it would fit you.

You move with unprecedented haste toward the vanquished gun for hire,
when suddenly he gasps for breath, weakly opens his eyes, and stares straight into your soul.

"T-they... *cough* They came for you. We fought them off... Buuut they'll beeee baaack."

He drops a pistol at your feet, and limply beckons towards a sign plainly marked "Armory".

"Get out, or we died for nothing." He falls back on his torso and his breathing slows.
The man is still alive, but it is plain that there is nothing you can do for him.

You grab the pistol and make your way towards the Armory.

1) Infiltrator

2) Soldier

3) Engineer

RobotNixon is producing a "choice driven narrative", like my story back in the day.  He seems to be actually creating a "player character", while simultaniously using less description during his entries.

A mixture of depth and streamlining when compared to my production.  Interesting...
