It correlates, in a way. Though I assure you, you'll all be thinking less of Korris, that's for sure.

And yeah... I always figured the five Admirlty spots correlated with how many dreadnaughts they have. Three for food, One for heavy fire support, and one for science and such. The Rayya, Qwib-Qwib, and Tonbay would be the live ships I think... the Neema the warship... and the Moreh the science vessel.

Not the meaning of the name, per se.

Just the association the reader will have with the name.

Random thought: What does that make the Alarei then? Was Rael officially Rael'Zorah vas Alarei, or was he still part of the Rayya?

Edit: @Buddha, in that fic I sort of intended to have the Qwib-Qwib as a stolen Batarian dreadnought or Hensa-class cruiser to add to the humor. I'm not so sure of that now lol.

No clue, actually.  We're never told his ship-name.

Edit:  Wouldn't make sense for him to be nar Rayya.  He couldn't have been born there:  you're supposed to join a different ship from your birth ship.

Why not? Could be a mobil space station for all we know, a gift, or taken from a group of pirates. Would explain why it's been hell changing the registry if it was taken by pirates and then retaken by the quarians, as it would then be stolen property in the views of some.
