Yeah, or the jumbled blocks were originally more regular or had hanging gardens or something on them.
The spires always struck me because they're three-pronged, and I have this theory that quarians do things in threes and sixes.
Huh...
That would actually be pretty awesome.

I have to admit not having looked real close at the vorcha.
But here's the thing: there's a limited number of options for number of fingers. Two is probably too few to do convincingly. Six or more probably just looks like a mess. That leaves 3, 4, and 5. Five is too "human," so we get stuck with threes.
Poor asari.
Have to be connected with something as short living as us humans.
Don't forget Batarians.
Maybe ME3 will reveal the Asari to be black-eyed tentacled monstrosities that warp the perceptions of other species while they steal genetic material for reproduction. Like a small blue Reaper.

Or Tali talking about how the Quarians were (presumably) able to live on the planet with uncovered heads and how she wished that were still true. I am hoping that means that we will get something of the sort in ME3.RiptideX1090 wrote...
I never would have guessed. You know, with the dark energy thing never getting explained, or why there are so many geth in that system, or with why data on a star is so damn valuable.Collider wrote...
There is something that needs to be mentioned that I have forgotten. Tali's recruitment mission seems to have heavy foreshadowing.
Gee, I don't suppose that would have anything to do with them being able to survive without envirosuits before the exile from quarian space. Tali only mentions that they could live without suits again if they took back Rannoch, how many times? At least once. I think she reiterates the point if you take the correct dialogue path. It's not foreshadowing. It's pretty damn blatant. Either you get Rannoch back for them in 3, or Tali dies looking out of a purple screen.

I got it on sale for $5 (ME 1) so it was a pretty good deal for me. I only got on the ME band wagon a few months ago. Steam DL is pretty painless. only problem I have with it is I like Hard copies of my games. Actual disks and manuals. Call me old school but I like having that stuff.
Yeah, I'm with you on that. I like having the physical stuff, too. I might buy ME1 on PC from amazon, as well if there aren't any issues with it that way... I'm not sure, though. Does Steam offer a disc order option along with download? Or is it all digital content?
All digital as far as I know. However the cool thing with steam is the games are linked you your Steam account. That means as long as your on a machine tha thass access to the internet and can download your games you can play it on that computer.

So... basically the Geth-Quarian Conflict has two outcomes for me:
1) The Geth get their **** together, the Quarians renouncing their synthetic bigotry, and everyone lives together in harmony.
2) Shattered Geth Ships and now uninhabitable geth worlds mark the path I burned through the Perseus Veil as Tali and I made our way to Rannoch.

Are they really the strongest empire? I kinda got the feeling that they rely on the turians to do all the military heavy lifting. I mean, the Council didn't win a war until they had the krogan to fight for them. The way their politics are described, it doesn't sound like they're really all that unified.Collider wrote...
