I'm the artist. I drew this before ME2 came out, and before Tali was known to be a romance options. I just wanted to convey Tali showing Shepard a simple bit of quarian affection, a "kiss", by placing a finger on his mouthpiece as they float around in the new Normandy's Drive Core. Simple.
