Sounds good. It would, as you say, help to lessen the looping "I'm busy" dialogs. What they did with Mordin was smart because he had various different lines to say each time you talked to him when there were no actual additional conversations available.Pacifien wrote...
I want a combination of dialogue wheel and random comments like Kasumi/Zaeed/Mordin. When it's time for some in-depth conversation between Shepard and squadmate, go with the dialogue wheel. For filler, clicking on the squadmate mentions some sort of observation about others on the ship or the missions. Makes it so you're not screaming "enough about the engines already!"Collider wrote...
Yea, I would have liked banter.Goat_Shepard wrote...
I actually haven't imagined them even talking to each other. Damn you Bioware giving us NO squad interaction, "Hey Samara, whata you think of Jacob? Nevermind the assassin Drell that you might have an opinion about".

This raises a very good point.
Time constraints, perhaps?

Now that I think about it, setting the datapad on the desk was a clever way for Tali to get closer to Shep.
No?

It couldn't cost anything to record two more lines per squadmate, could it? The real problem, I think, would be two more talking animations per squadmate.RiptideX1090 wrote...

Exactly. After a certain point, they have to stop adding small stuff like that as it gets closer to crunch time. There are bigger things to worry about.
