Not sure if anyone here played Kasumi's mission, but I had kind of a WTF moment about the quarian tablet in Hock's vault.
Kasumi's dialogue snippet suggests it must be very old, but that doesn't make that much sense. I mean, what's the oldest stone tablet w/ writing here on Earth? 4k years old or something? Does quarian civilization stretch back much farther? It seems like they can't be much more than like 500-750 years ahead of humanity.
Ah, that's the stuff.FatherNestor wrote...

Maybe the quarians just progressed - technologically - quicker than humanity. Or maybe quarian civilisation does go back much farther.NuclearBuddha wrote...

Afternoon, ppl. How are things?
We're trying to figure out how far back quarian civilisation goes.LegendaryAvenger wrote...
Your favorite geth SPARTAN-III is here. Anything going on?
Well, Hock's vault has a ton of antiquities, including the bust of a pharoah (which could be something like 4K to 5K years old). But Kasumi singles out the stone tablet w/ quarian writing as very old. "When's the last time quarians wrote on stone? This thing is old," is what she says, I think.MrBoomba wrote...

Well, the asari are way ahead for sure. They had spaceflight like what, 3000 years ago? And the salarians not long after that?Rakia_Time wrote...

Most civilizations are thousands of years older than humanity so i think it's safe to assume that the same goes for the quarians, i'd say they are around 1500-2000 years ahead if not more
