I can definitely get where Buddha is coming from. Natural to try and add a little humor to the situation to ease the tension, I personally never had a huge problem with it. His delivery wasn't great (Meers) but the line it self seems fine for a bantery relationship like the two of them seem to have.



But I can see your point, regarding the seriousness of the situation.

"Captain's Orders" is easily one of the most well delivered lines in the game, in my opinion. It sounds very... cute, when he says it. You can hear the emotion.

But yeah, I'll still take the middle options.

The player picks the other option in the opposite corner, and then Shepard says exactly what the Renegade option said.
