I assume not.  If there is anything, it's probably a very sheer layer designed to keep moisture away from the skin (if quarians perspire, which we don't actually know).

If she does, it has to be something very thin. But I'm not sure... I think the suit is probably "cloth-like" on the inside. So it's like having clothes and armor in one suit. Maybe..?

Actually, every culture I think has women wearing them. Possibly for ethical reasons.
