Less worried about tummy aches and more about that silly 'shock' thing. Shepard going into convuslions would make sad Tali And we can't have that.

I think Mordin can work his magic and come up with something to prevent it, or at least ease it up a little.

Shepard and Tali didn't go into shock their first time. It's like chocolate. Very few people are allergic to it, and you either are, or you aren't. Tali and Shepard are not allergic to one another, or at least, it's very minor, and over time, the effects will eventually become negated.
