Why? It's actually pretty damn useful. I can install any game I own on steam on any PC.

Because, I don't like tying up my computer for games like that. I talk here, but I can bounce out of this to work in photohop, write, check things on the net, and listen to music.

If I was spending time playing games to talk with people, I couldn't multi-task.

You people actually use steam for chatting? So clunky.

Seriously? You don't know what Steam is?Image IPB

I know it's Valve's online videogame store.

Beyond that? I don't know anything about it.

It's pretty much Xbox Live for PC.

Thanks Rip. I don't think I did too well I've never had Zaeed so I don't know how to portray him. One of the curses of playing ME2 in Iraq is I couldn't get any of the downloadable content and I'm currently out of an Xbox so I can't play it and get him. I've also never used that kind of format I like to think myself a writer and I've never touched anything in a format like that so I know I jacked that all up. But it's a start and hopefully I'll do some more so I can contribute and get my skills better.

Actually steam itself runs windowed, but I understand the sentiment. Of course prefer Gtalk and MSN for chat anyways.

It's a start, and that's what matters. Compare Tali's Butterfly to some of my ending passages for Noir. There is a noticeable leap in quality. Just keep at it.

And now that you're stateside, you need to find some way of getting the DLC. Zaeed, Kasumi, all of it. It's all kickass. Don't listen to the haterz.

I use Firefox. Still keep AIM on there because it's what the other people I talk to have.

I love Firefox. Amazing that since getting Firefox I've had next to no issues with malware or viruses, where as was a constant problem when I used IE.

Firefox and Avast for Anti-viral software. It's free, easy to use, and works better than paid for suites which actually utilize malware and rootkits that leave your system vulnerable.
