It occurs to me that Shepard and Tali would starve to death if they were stuck in the cabin for this length of time.

You toss the Nerve Stimulators to the side, that way when Tali is done breaking your pelvis, she has something to keep herself entertained. You drink the cool-aid so the sugar will give you some energy, use the box cutters to cut up her suit and your clothes, that way there's no going back, then duct tape yourself to the bed so that when your bones start breaking, you can't try to crawl away.
