It's infered because of her 2 default outfits. ME 1 she was in purple, and again in ME 2.

I'm still trying to decide how much I like the Talimance now that I've seen the whole thing.. I certainly don't dislike it. It's sweet and occasionally touching. It's either my first or second favorite option for a MaleShep in ME2, which would put it in second or third place for all MaleShep romances and 4th or 5th out of all possible romances for either gender. Acceptable?

I'm just going off the assumption that what they do is similar to our traditions since we have no real info.  That said, I can't see their process of proposing being too different.  Its not like they're salarians and they fax a bank statement and a lets get busy for breeding purposes only letter

If quarians have some different process for proposing, that's what I want.  If not, the human style of getting down on one knee and just seeing her reaction will do just fine

The quarian ceremony is where we should see a lot more quarian culture.

It's simple.

*Tali is clicking away at her console after the Reaper War. It's the first week the crew has had any downtime. Shepard walks up behind her, rubbing the back of his neck*

Shepard: Got time to talk?

*Shepard looks at the drive core, then back to Tali, walking up to her*

Shepard: I've spent my entire life fighting... Tali... we both have... and... I've never had anything to look forward to... and now that the Reapers are gone... humanity is on the council... and the krogan are restored.... and the geth are helping the quarians rebuild... I don't have anything else left to really fight for... and... I've never given much thought until now... about what would happen when I ran out of people to fight...

Tali: *Holding his cheek in her hand* Shepard...?

Shepard: Tali... I want us to be together... humans have a tradition... where we... it's silly... but... two people decide they want to be together... for the rest of their lives...

Tali: Yes.

Shepard: Tali?

Tali: I want that. I want to be with you.

Shepard: *smiling* What do quarians do when they want to be with the other person for the rest of their lives...?

Tali: You just did it.

*they hug, holding eachother tenderly*

Shepard: I love you...

Tali: I know, Shepard... I know... *gets teary eyed* I love you, too...
