Reinstall you mean.  The first Normandy had an infinite medi-gel replinisher, Shep could use it now

Unless their amino acid structure actually forced the use of something other than Keratin for the fingernail/claw, and we like to assume that Quarians do have hair, though it may be very different in composition than that of a Human.

In ME2, medi-gel is more important than ever, and the only we can get it is to raid someone's base and rifle through their stuff for it?
