Trust me, I don't have enough time on my hands to read all the updates here and on FF.net I missed during my 2 weeks in Barcelona. (100 left here (started with 130), and 16 new chapters were added to the fics I've bookmarked from FF.net)
So yeah, I've got plenty of d'awww left.
And even so, the course of the story was rather expected. (Jason selling Daro for some red sand was expected from day one, though the love that built between his introduction and the act of evil was unexpected. Her being sold out to a **** house was also expected.) As I said once before, you shouldn't throw "IT'S THE ABSOLUTE WORST THING EVAH" around so much, it gets that little knot of pure evil running in my brain...
It gave me plenty of time to prepare. (My heart, 'tis made of stone, Drifting only got a reaction outta me because the course of the story was rather unexpected. As was the way Rin passed away.)

A few days ago, Constantin Film, which owns the rights to the movie Downfall (which has the Hitler flip-out scene that so many people use), took down my Talimancer video. I disputed the claim and got the video back up with the proper copyright info.

The fact that this gives her a great backstory, a reason to be a wee bit psychotic and helps gain support for Daro are just (much appreciated) bonuses.

Additionally, Android working properly on my HD2, the reboot of F@NBOY$ and the engie update give me enough joy to last for several weeks. (Probably even more, considering the kernel for the HD2 is constantly improving and F@NBOY$ will obviously be updated, giving me a feeling of pure bliss each and every time)

The torture is bad, blah blah blah, but it's not the meat of the story. It's not what matters. We're just worried about how people will flip at it, so we threw up lots of warning signs. It's not what's important though.

Exactly. We just didn't want people walking into a trap, like they did with Drifting. Drifting is horrible because of what happens to Rin.

Damn you, making me remember drifting... And reckoning is going to get worse? And here I was thinking that it could only get better from here... I wanna know how your gonna make it worse than "betrayed by the person she loves, sold in to slavery and sentenced to certain death in a ****house".
