Okay, I read that like four hundred years ago in a old Garrus thread. A Tali thread visitor said it as we were discussing flanging. I can't remember who is was.
And don't you know that Garrus is so awesome it's physically impossible for him to get drunk. In fact, they use his blood as the main component in ryncol. Seriously, see the list of Garrus facts in Clan V. It's true.
