I think he's referring to the trick used for artificial 3D. It doesn't work for some people.
Plus, it's really wonky around the edges of the screen.

I like to take a philosophical approach to that response. I believe it was the great Subject Zero who said:

Well, it's a recurring theme, I've noticed.  Purring, pouncing, predatory behavior...someone's fixated on making her the closest thing to a hellcat ME's got :V

Not that purring isn't cute.  I think cats are cute, I'll man up and admit this.

I use the word purring several times in my FF as a metaphor for how she would curl some words off her tongue.

I don't hate 3D,
i'm just sayibg until it's improved,
I won't believe all the hype about:
-3D gaming
-3D movies
-3D TV
it's just the "new" thing people are capitalising on

That would be a complete package. I expect they'd let us customize the color though.
